The Ada Infrastructure GRU10 Data Center Campus is a flagship 300 MW greenfield digital infrastructure development strategically located within the Guarulhos industrial and technology corridor of Greater São Paulo, Brazil. Designed to address the rapidly growing demand for large-scale computing capacity across Latin America, the campus is engineered to support hyperscale cloud platforms, artificial intelligence workloads, large language model (LLM) training, high-performance computing, and other data-intensive applications. GRU10 is positioned as a major digital gateway for the region, combining substantial power capacity with advanced data center infrastructure designed for scalability and high-density deployments. The campus is expected to leverage Brazil’s high-voltage electricity network, with access to renewable energy resources supporting the growing sustainability requirements of hyperscale and AI-focused operators. Its infrastructure incorporates advanced liquid cooling technologies to manage the increasing thermal requirements of high-density GPU and AI computing environments, while ultra-low power usage effectiveness (PUE) targets are intended to improve operational efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
