Project Overview
CapitaLand Data Centre Mumbai 02 (Tower 2) is a hyperscale data center facility located within the CapitaLand DC Navi Mumbai 1 campus at Plot Nos. 14/2, 15, and 37 in the TTC Industrial Area, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, India. As the second phase of CapitaLand’s flagship 108 MW digital infrastructure development in Navi Mumbai, Tower 2 expands the campus’s role in supporting India’s growing demand for reliable, high-capacity computing infrastructure. Its development is focused on meeting the needs of enterprises, cloud service providers, and organizations with increasingly demanding IT requirements.
The facility is designed to accommodate enterprise computing workloads, cloud deployments, and high-density AI infrastructure.
