Project Overview

Cologix MTL8-H is a LEED Gold-certified, high-density hyperscale data center located in Technoparc Montréal, Saint-Laurent, Quebec, designed to support enterprise, hyperscale, cloud, and artificial intelligence workloads. The facility spans more than 205,000 square feet of customizable whitespace and provides approximately 16 MW of IT load capacity, supported by 21 MW of total utility power. Its power infrastructure benefits from Hydro-Québec's electricity grid, which is predominantly supplied by renewable generation, supporting organizations seeking data center capacity within a lower-carbon power environment. MTL8-H is engineered for high-density deployments, with rack configurations capable of supporting power densities of up to 30 kW per rack, making the facility suitable for compute-intensive applications such as AI training, machine learning, advanced analytics, and cloud workloads.
