Project Overview
The Colt Berlin Data Center campus is a high-density enterprise colocation and cloud interconnection facility serving the growing digital infrastructure requirements of the Berlin metropolitan area. Operated by Colt Data Centre Services, the campus provides more than 3,600 m² of technical whitespace and approximately 5.28 MVA of utility power capacity, enabling customers to deploy enterprise IT environments, cloud infrastructure, network services, and other mission-critical workloads. Designed to support demanding availability requirements, the facility is built to Tier III standards and incorporates resilient electrical infrastructure, including N+N uninterruptible power supply systems and N+1 generator redundancy. This configuration provides multiple layers of backup capacity and helps maintain continuous operations during planned maintenance or unexpected equipment failures. The facility also functions as a carrier-neutral connectivity hub, giving customers access to multiple telecommunications and network providers while supporting flexible interconnection strategies.
