Colt Paris Villebon Campus Data Center 24MW Île-de-France
Status: Operational / Expanding | Location: 20 Avenue du Québec, Courtabœuf Industrial Park, 91140 Villebon-sur-Yvette, Île-de-France, France
Project Overview
The Colt Paris Villebon Campus is a hyperscale data center facility located at 20 Avenue du Québec in the Courtabœuf Industrial Park in Villebon-sur-Yvette, south of Paris, France. Operated by Colt Data Centre Services (Colt DCS), the facility serves the growing demand for reliable, scalable digital infrastructure across the Île-de-France region. Positioned approximately 20 km south of central Paris, the campus benefits from its location within an established technology and business cluster, providing proximity to major enterprises, technology providers, and regional commercial centers. Its strategic position supports low-latency hosting requirements for hyperscale cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and international financial institutions that depend on responsive digital services and resilient infrastructure. The Courtabœuf Industrial Park provides an established business environment for technology-intensive operations, strengthening the facility’s relevance to organizations seeking data center capacity near Paris without being located in the city center. As cloud adoption, data-intensive applications, and artificial intelligence workloads continue to influence infrastructure requirements, hyperscale facilities such as Colt Paris Villebon play an important role in providing the physical foundation for expanding digital services. The campus’s location within the wider Paris technology ecosystem also supports connectivity between businesses, cloud environments, and other digital infrastructure resources across the region. For enterprises and service providers, access to strategically located data center facilities can help support application performance, business continuity, and the deployment of distributed IT environments. Specific details concerning the campus’s total IT capacity, investment value, power supply, renewable energy procurement, cooling technologies, and network providers have not been established in the information provided. These factors would help further assess its operational scale and sustainability performance. Overall, Colt Paris Villebon strengthens Colt DCS’s presence in the Paris data center market, supporting hyperscale, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure requirements.
