The Coravel Dallas-Fort Worth Data Center Campus represents a major multi-building digital infrastructure development positioned within the strategically important North Texas data center corridor. Jointly launched by ACS Group and Global Infrastructure Partners GIP, Coravel is structured as an integrated data center platform combining site development, engineering, procurement and construction EPC capabilities, power procurement and strategy, infrastructure development, and institutional capital investment to serve the rapidly expanding requirements of hyperscale cloud providers and high-performance artificial intelligence workloads. Located on a multi-facility site off Hicks Field Road in Fort Worth, Texas, the campus is designed around a scalable development model that enables substantial computing capacity to be deployed in phases while preserving opportunities for future expansion. The initial deployment is anchored by a major customer commitment providing approximately 140 MW of critical IT load capacity, with expansion rights for an additional 100 MW across adjacent facilities, creating the potential for approximately 240 MW of total critical IT capacity within the broader development. The campus is engineered to accommodate high-density computing environments supporting cloud services, AI model training, machine learning, accelerated computing, enterprise applications, and other power-intensive workloads. Its design incorporates the electrical, mechanical, cooling, networking, security, and resiliency infrastructure required for mission-critical operations at hyperscale. The Fort Worth location places Coravel within one of North America’s most established and rapidly expanding data center markets, providing access to extensive power infrastructure, fiber connectivity, transportation networks, and a large technology ecosystem across the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. The platform’s integrated development approach is intended to streamline delivery and provide customers with predictable capacity, power availability, and expansion pathways. As demand for AI computing and cloud infrastructure continues to increase, Coravel is positioned to contribute significant additional capacity to the North Texas market while supporting the deployment of increasingly dense GPU and accelerated computing environments. Through its substantial initial commitment, expansion potential, and strategic location, the Coravel Dallas-Fort Worth campus represents an important addition to the region’s next generation of hyperscale and AI-focused digital infrastructure.
