Project Overview
DataBank ATL4 South Fulton is a 212,710-square-foot single-tenant data center at 200 Selig Drive in South Fulton, Georgia. DataBank developed the facility as part of its expansion in the Atlanta metropolitan market, with the site positioned adjacent to a Georgia Power substation. The facility provides 40 MW of critical IT load and is designed to support enterprise colocation, high-density computing, and high-performance computing workloads. DataBank's published specifications identify N+1 power and cooling designs, 10 kW-plus cabinet density for air-cooled deployments, and 120/208V and 240/415V AC power configurations. The facility is supplied from a 100% renewable energy source according to DataBank's current ATL4 specification sheet. The site provides access to three on-site network carriers according to the latest DataBank datasheet, supporting connectivity for customers deploying hybrid infrastructure, cloud environments, and compute-intensive applications.
