Project Overview

Digital Realty AMS10 is a major carrier-neutral hyperscale data center located at Pudongweg 25 in Aalsmeerderbrug, within the strategically important Schiphol digital hub in the Netherlands. Originally developed under the Interxion brand before becoming part of Digital Realty’s European data center portfolio, AMS10 provides substantial infrastructure capacity for enterprises, cloud providers, network operators, and other organizations requiring high-performance digital infrastructure in the Amsterdam region. The facility offers up to approximately 31.2 MW of total utility power and more than 14,400 m² of technical whitespace, providing significant capacity for high-density computing, cloud deployments, enterprise applications, and interconnection-intensive workloads. A key feature of AMS10 is its advanced approach to thermal management, incorporating Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage (ATES) technology alongside dry air cooling.
