Digital Realty Cyberjaya KUL11 32MW AI Campus

Status: Fully Operational / Newly Launched   |   Location: Cyberjaya Digital District, Selangor, Malaysia

Project Overview

The formal inauguration of Digital Realty's multi-site campus in Cyberjaya marks a strategic milestone for Malaysia's digital infrastructure. Rather than engaging in the regional race for raw gigawatt capacity, Digital Realty's newly launched platform focuses heavily on interconnection density and artificial intelligence inference execution. The campus integrates three distinct sites situated within a 500-meter radius, creating a unified, highly reliable ecosystem. At the center of this launch is KUL11, a purpose-built, six-story facility engineered to support intense AI and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads. This facility operates alongside KUL10, a dedicated connectivity carrier hotel hosting more than 40 network service providers and linked to major internet exchanges like MyIX and DE-CIX. The design of the Cyberjaya campus reflects the operational shift toward localized AI applications. As enterprise computing moves from massive data training phases toward active inference workloads, the demand has pivoted toward facilities that balance processing power with low-latency network paths. KUL11 provides exactly this environment, allowing financial institutions and enterprises to run sensitive private AI workflows securely without routing traffic outside national borders. To maintain absolute resiliency, each building features independent, diverse fiber entry points.
