Digital Realty DUB12 Dublin: 10.3MW Hyperscale & Cloud Hub
Status: Operational / Active Multi-Tenant & Cloud Capacity Expansion | Location: Clonshaugh Industrial Estate, Clonshaugh Crescent, Dublin 17, D17 AW86, Ireland
Project Overview
Digital Realty’s DUB12 is a flagship carrier-neutral data center strategically located within Dublin’s Clonshaugh Industrial Estate, just minutes from Dublin Airport and close to the city’s major fibre and transport infrastructure. Spanning approximately 123,785 square feet (11,500 m²), the facility delivers up to 10.3 MW of critical IT capacity across 5,360 m² of customer whitespace, providing scalable colocation solutions for enterprises, hyperscale cloud providers, financial institutions, and digital service providers. As a key component of Digital Realty’s interconnected Dublin metro campus, DUB12 enables resilient, low-latency connectivity between multiple facilities while supporting business continuity and workload distribution across Ireland’s largest digital infrastructure ecosystem. Dublin’s strategic location has established it as a major gateway between Europe and North America, and DUB12 plays a central role in this ecosystem by providing carrier-neutral access to more than 45 network service providers and direct cloud connectivity to over 20 leading cloud platforms. The facility also offers direct cross-connects to the Irish Neutral Internet Exchange (INEX), allowing customers to benefit from high-performance, low-latency interconnection with domestic and international networks. Designed to support modern digital infrastructure, DUB12 features resilient power and cooling systems, advanced physical security, and scalable infrastructure capable of accommodating cloud, artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC), and mission-critical enterprise workloads. Its strategic location, rich connectivity ecosystem, and highly resilient design make Digital Realty DUB12 a critical digital gateway for organizations expanding across Ireland, Europe, and transatlantic markets while providing secure, reliable, and future-ready infrastructure for rapidly evolving digital business requirements.
