Digital Realty ICN10: 20MW Sangam DMC High-Density Hub

Status: Active / Fully Operational & Core Connectivity Node (Tracking June 2026)   |   Location: 12 World Cup buk-ro 60-gil, Mapo-gu, Sangam Digital Media City (DMC), Seoul, 03922, South Korea

Project Overview

The Digital Realty Seoul ICN10 Data Center is a premier, highly interconnected digital infrastructure asset operating at 12 World Cup buk-ro 60-gil in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Situated directly inside the master-planned Sangam Digital Media City (DMC) technology park just 7 kilometers northwest of central Seoul's primary business district the facility serves as a vital low-latency bridge connecting global cloud service providers, gaming networks, and multinational digital media platforms. Maintaining near-zero vacancy across its production halls through mid-2026, the 10-story vertical data factory is custom-engineered to overcome the extreme real estate scarcity blocking greenfield development in urban Seoul. Spanning 12,263 square meters (132,000 square feet) of gross building area, ICN10 provides the dense physical network footprint required to scale high-density colocation and accelerated artificial intelligence inferencing engines. As an elite interconnection hub, the multi-tenant site features direct physical on-ramps to AWS and Alibaba Cloud regions, providing secure point-to-point transport links with zero network jitter for enterprises scaling their core digital infrastructure in the East Asian market.
