The Edged Council Bluffs Data Center Campus, formerly known as Project Lola, is a flagship 200 MW data center development located in the Omaha–Council Bluffs digital technology corridor. Developed by Edged Energy, a subsidiary of Endeavour, the campus is designed to support the growing demand for high-performance computing, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and enterprise digital services across North America. The development comprises two primary facilities, OMA01-1 and OMA01-2, offering a combined footprint of more than 570,000 square feet of high-density computing space, supported by dedicated operational infrastructure. Its strategic location provides access to the region’s established digital infrastructure ecosystem, making it relevant to businesses seeking scalable data center capacity and connectivity.
