The facility features a total power capacity of 13 MW and has been upgraded with high-density infrastructure configurations capable of supporting up to 15 kW per rack, making it a critical site for distributed hybrid compute and modern cloud application ecosystems. Structurally, AM5 is a highly sustainable, two-story facility that sets environmental benchmarks by using Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage (ATES) technology, relying on deep groundwater cooling layers and surface pumps instead of energy-intensive mechanical chillers.
