The Flexential Portland – Hillsboro 6 Data Center is a strategic multi-megawatt expansion operated by Flexential at 3950 NE Aloclek Dr in Hillsboro, Oregon, USA. Located within Oregon’s renowned “Silicon Forest” technology corridor and positioned directly across from Flexential’s flagship Hillsboro 1 facility, Hillsboro 6 expands Flexential’s presence in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most established data center markets. The purpose-built, two-story facility spans approximately 350,000 square feet and provides 27.0 MW of critical UPS capacity, offering substantial infrastructure for enterprises, cloud providers, hyperscale customers, and technology companies with demanding computing requirements. Hillsboro 6 is specifically designed for high-density computing environments, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, accelerated computing, high-performance computing, and hybrid enterprise IT workloads. Its advanced infrastructure supports liquid-cooling integrations capable of handling rack densities of up to 150 kW or more per rack, enabling customers to deploy increasingly powerful GPU clusters and other compute-intensive systems. The facility benefits from Hillsboro’s extensive fiber connectivity, carrier ecosystem, cloud infrastructure, and concentration of neighboring data centers, providing customers with multiple opportunities for resilient network interconnection.
