IronGate Downtown Minneapolis (MSP4) is a purpose-built urban data center and redundant carrier gateway facility located at 110 North First Street in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, designed to support high-availability colocation and connectivity requirements across the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The facility is strategically positioned to complement and provide additional redundancy to the regional carrier hub at 511 11th Avenue South, creating an alternative infrastructure location for organizations seeking geographically diverse data center and network deployments within the Minneapolis market. MSP4 is designed for AI-ready and other high-density computing workloads, incorporating infrastructure that supports demanding enterprise, cloud, and advanced computing applications.
