Project Overview

The Keppel Milan Data Centre, also known as Keppel DC Milan or the Via Bisceglie campus, is a major enterprise colocation and digital infrastructure facility owned by Keppel DC REIT and operated by Keppel Data Centres in Milan, Lombardy, Italy. Located at Via Bisceglie 71, 73, and 75, approximately 8 kilometers from Milan's city center, the facility occupies a strategically important position within the metropolitan area's established telecommunications and business ecosystem. The multi-story facility provides more than 15,000 square meters of gross floor area, including approximately 8,000 square meters of technical colocation space, supporting enterprise IT environments, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications equipment, and other business-critical workloads. Designed around high-availability principles, the facility incorporates resilient electrical infrastructure with A+B power paths, static uninterruptible power supply systems, and emergency diesel generation.
