Netrality 210 N Tucker St Louis: 15MW Gateway Carrier Hotel & Colocation Hub Missouri
Status: Fully Operational Carrier Hotel & Core Gateway Facility | Location: 210 North Tucker Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63101, Missouri, United States
Project Overview
Netrality's 210 N Tucker Boulevard is the flagship carrier hotel and telecommunications hub of the Midwestern United States, strategically located in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, where it serves as one of North America's most important network interconnection facilities. Spanning approximately 400,000 square feet across 18 stories, the facility provides a highly resilient, carrier-neutral environment supporting telecommunications providers, hyperscale cloud platforms, financial institutions, internet service providers, content delivery networks, government agencies, and enterprise organizations requiring mission-critical connectivity. Positioned at the intersection of major north-south and east-west long-haul fiber routes, 210 N Tucker functions as a critical communications gateway, enabling low-latency data transmission between major metropolitan markets throughout the United States. The facility is home to more than 43 network carriers, creating one of the region's richest connectivity ecosystems and allowing customers to establish diverse, resilient network architectures through direct interconnection with multiple service providers. At the heart of the campus is Netrality's Meet-Me Room (MMR), which facilitates secure, carrier-neutral cross-connects and seamless network peering between telecommunications operators, cloud providers, enterprises, and internet exchanges. The building also features dedicated dark fiber links directly connecting to Netrality's 900 Walnut Street carrier hotel, creating an integrated digital infrastructure platform with expanded network diversity and redundancy. Engineered for continuous operation, the facility incorporates resilient utility power infrastructure, redundant electrical distribution systems, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, backup generators, advanced cooling technologies, intelligent building management systems, and comprehensive fire detection and suppression capabilities. Multi-layer physical security, including controlled access, continuous surveillance, and 24/7 operational support, protects critical customer infrastructure. By combining exceptional network density, resilient engineering, carrier-neutral connectivity, and strategic geographic positioning, Netrality's 210 N Tucker Boulevard serves as a cornerstone of the Midwest's digital economy, enabling cloud computing, enterprise digital transformation, financial services, content delivery, and high-performance communications across North America.
