NTT Jakarta 3 JKT3: 45MW Indonesia Hyperscale Data Center Campus

Status: Operational   |   Location: MM2100 Industrial Town, Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java 17520, Indonesia

Project Overview

The NTT Jakarta 3 Data Center (JKT3) is a flagship hyperscale digital infrastructure facility located in the MM2100 Industrial Town in Bekasi, approximately 30 kilometers east of central Jakarta, Indonesia. Delivering up to 45.6 MW of critical IT power, the campus provides around 18,000 square meters of technical whitespace across four purpose-built floors designed to support hyperscale cloud platforms, financial technology services, enterprise applications, and next-generation artificial intelligence workloads. Built with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and operational resilience, JKT3 features Indonesia's first innovative cooling wall system, which reduces cooling energy consumption by up to 20% compared with conventional cooling technologies while supporting high-density server deployments of up to 15 kW per rack. The facility is powered through dual independent utility feeds from two separate power plants, ensuring high levels of availability and redundancy for mission-critical operations. Strategically interconnected with NTT's Jakarta 2 Data Center and major regional subsea cable systems, including the APRICOT submarine cable network, JKT3 provides low-latency connectivity across Southeast Asia and seamless access to global cloud platforms, internet exchanges, and enterprise networks. Advanced physical security, resilient power infrastructure, and scalable cooling capabilities make the campus well suited for AI computing, digital banking, e-commerce platforms, and large enterprise deployments. Its combination of sustainable infrastructure, high-performance connectivity, and strategic location positions the NTT Jakarta 3 Data Center as one of Indonesia's leading facilities for hyperscale cloud services, AI innovation, and regional digital transformation.
