Project Overview

Princeton Digital Group (PDG) JC3 is a flagship 22 MW hyperscale data center strategically located within the MM2100 Industrial Estate in Cibitung, approximately 35 kilometers east of Jakarta's Central Business District, serving as one of Indonesia's most advanced and sustainable digital infrastructure facilities. Co-located on the same 20,000-square-meter campus as PDG JC1, the facility forms an integral part of PDG's expanding hyperscale platform in Greater Jakarta, delivering highly resilient infrastructure for global cloud service providers, hyperscale operators, financial institutions, digital enterprises, telecommunications companies, and government organizations. JC2 is recognized as the first hyperscale data center of its scale in Indonesia to achieve the BCA Green Mark Platinum certification, reflecting its commitment to energy efficiency, sustainable construction, and environmentally responsible operations. The campus further enhances its sustainability profile by incorporating renewable energy sourced from biomass, helping customers reduce carbon emissions while supporting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives. Purpose-built to accommodate large-scale cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads, JC2 features modular uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, resilient electrical distribution infrastructure, high-efficiency cooling technologies, and scalable high-density rack configurations capable of supporting next-generation GPU deployments. Direct fiber cross-connects and a carrier-neutral network ecosystem provide low-latency connectivity to multiple telecommunications providers, cloud platforms, internet exchanges, and enterprise networks across Indonesia and the wider Asia-Pacific region. The facility also incorporates intelligent building management systems, advanced fire detection and suppression technologies, comprehensive environmental monitoring, and multi-layer physical security with 24/7 operational support to ensure maximum reliability and business continuity. By combining hyperscale capacity, sustainable operations, AI-ready infrastructure, resilient engineering, and rich interconnection capabilities, PDG JC2 plays a pivotal role in accelerating Indonesia's digital transformation and strengthening the country's position as a leading data center hub in Southeast Asia.
