The STACK Infrastructure Tokyo TKY01B Data Center represents the second standalone 18 MW facility within STACK Infrastructure’s flagship 36 MW hyperscale campus in the Inzai District of Greater Tokyo, Japan. Positioned on a 5.7-acre (2.3-hectare) plot, TKY01B provides an additional 18 MW of high-density critical IT capacity, complementing the TKY01A building and forming a highly resilient, multi-building data center campus. The facility is purpose-built to address the rapidly growing requirements of global cloud hyperscalers, artificial intelligence platforms, and intensive compute workloads across the East Asian market.
Designed for Hyperscale and AI Workloads
The TKY01B facility is engineered to support high-density cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing workloads requiring substantial electrical and cooling infrastructure. As the second building within the 36 MW campus, TKY01B expands the site's ability to accommodate large-scale hyperscale deployments while providing additional capacity for compute-intensive applications. Its 18 MW critical IT allocation enables customers to deploy increasingly dense infrastructure for AI training, inference, cloud services, enterprise applications, and other accelerated computing workloads. Together with TKY01A, the building contributes to a multi-building configuration designed to provide scalability, operational resilience, and flexible deployment options for hyperscale customers.
Large-Scale Infrastructure and Economic Impact
The development of TKY01B strengthens STACK Infrastructure’s overall capacity within the Greater Tokyo market by adding 18 MW of critical IT capacity to its established hyperscale campus. Combined with TKY01A, the campus provides approximately 36 MW of total capacity, creating a substantial platform for global cloud providers and AI-focused enterprises operating in Japan. The expansion supports the continued growth of cloud computing and artificial intelligence infrastructure while strengthening the Inzai region’s position as one of Japan’s most important data center markets. The facility also contributes to the broader digital infrastructure ecosystem supporting Japan’s rapidly expanding demand for high-performance compute and data-intensive services.
Strategic Connectivity in Greater Tokyo
Located in Inzai, Chiba Prefecture, TKY01B benefits from its position within the established Inzai data center cluster, which serves the wider Greater Tokyo metropolitan market. The campus provides access to established telecommunications networks, fiber infrastructure, power systems, and regional connectivity routes supporting low-latency digital services across Tokyo and surrounding markets. Its multi-building configuration allows STACK Infrastructure to provide hyperscale customers with strategically located capacity while maintaining operational resilience and scalability. TKY01B further strengthens STACK Infrastructure’s presence in Japan and reinforces Inzai’s role as a critical digital infrastructure hub for cloud, hyperscale, and AI workloads across East Asia.
