Project Overview

The Switch Atlanta The KEEP Campus is a major exascale data center campus located in Lithia Springs, Georgia, serving as one of Switch’s core technology hubs in North America. The campus encompasses more than 1 million square feet of high density data hall space distributed across multiple multi story facilities designed to support hyperscale cloud, enterprise colocation, and high performance artificial intelligence workloads. With an overall investment exceeding $772 million, The KEEP provides substantial digital infrastructure capacity within the expanding Southeast technology corridor and supports organizations requiring scalable computing, storage, and connectivity infrastructure. The campus incorporates Switch’s patented design standards, with a strong focus on structural resilience, power redundancy, and thermal management for high density computing environments. Tri redundant power systems provide multiple layers of electrical protection for critical IT infrastructure, supporting operational continuity across the campus. The facility is engineered to accommodate power densities reaching up to 55 kW per cabinet, enabling deployment of high performance computing and other compute intensive equipment within its data halls. Mechanical infrastructure combines high efficiency chilled water systems with indirect evaporative air cooling to manage heat generated by dense IT environments while maintaining equipment protection and operational performance. The combination of large scale data hall capacity, redundant power architecture, high density rack capability, and advanced cooling infrastructure allows The KEEP to serve a range of hyperscale, enterprise, and AI workloads. Its location in Lithia Springs places the campus within the broader West Atlanta digital infrastructure corridor, where access to power, telecommunications, and established data center infrastructure supports continued deployment of large scale computing capacity.
