Vantage Dublin DUB1 Campus: 52MW Hyperscale Data Hub
Status: Active Construction Phase | Location: Profile Park, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, Ireland
Project Overview
A premier multi-facility data hub is being developed across a 22-acre campus within Dublin’s prominent Profile Park technology corridor, positioning the site as a strategically important destination for high-performance digital infrastructure. The campus has been custom-engineered to address the region’s ongoing electricity grid constraints, a major challenge for large-scale data center development in Ireland. At the heart of the development is a massive, state-of-the-art on-site gas generation plant designed to provide a dependable and resilient source of electricity for the facilities. This integrated energy architecture is intended to enhance baseline energy self-sufficiency, reduce reliance on constrained grid capacity, and support the continuous operation of mission-critical workloads. Beyond its dedicated generation capabilities, the campus benefits from its location within one of Dublin’s established technology and data center corridors, providing access to extensive telecommunications infrastructure and major European network routes. The combination of on-site power generation, strategic connectivity, and a multi-facility campus design creates an infrastructure platform capable of supporting demanding cloud, enterprise, and high-density computing requirements. By integrating energy resilience directly into the development, the project demonstrates how next-generation data center campuses can overcome regional infrastructure limitations while maintaining low-latency connectivity to key European markets and digital network nodes.
