Project Overview

Yondr Group's Frankfurt Data Center Campus in Bischofsheim is a flagship hyperscale digital infrastructure development strategically located just south of central Frankfurt, one of Europe’s most important cloud and interconnection markets within the FLAP (Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam, and Paris) region. Designed to meet the growing requirements of hyperscale cloud providers, enterprise customers, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads, the campus delivers 40 MW of scalable IT power capacity through a phased development approach that enables efficient expansion as customer demand increases. The facility has been engineered in compliance with Germany’s Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG), reflecting Yondr Group’s commitment to operational efficiency and long-term environmental sustainability. Powered entirely by 100% renewable electricity, the campus further enhances its sustainability credentials through rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) installations, green living walls that improve biodiversity and environmental performance, electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, and readiness for district heating and waste heat recovery to support the surrounding municipality. The campus is purpose-built for high-density computing environments with resilient power and cooling infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation GPU clusters and AI applications. As a carrier-neutral facility, it provides ultra-low-latency connectivity to DE-CIX, one of the world’s largest internet exchanges, along with direct access to major European cloud and fiber corridors, enabling seamless hybrid and multi-cloud deployments. Combining scalable hyperscale capacity, AI-ready infrastructure, sustainable operations, and exceptional connectivity, Yondr Group’s Frankfurt Data Center Campus serves as a future-ready digital infrastructure platform supporting digital transformation and cloud growth across Germany and Europe.
