Ardian

Ardian is a global private markets investment firm with a dedicated infrastructure strategy covering digital infrastructure, energy, and transportation. Its digital infrastructure portfolio includes data centers, fiber networks, telecom towers, and related assets. In 2024, Ardian acquired Verne, a European data center platform operating facilities across the UK and Nordic countries, strengthening its position in AI and high-performance computing infrastructure. Ardian reports approximately 350 MW of data center capacity including pipeline projects. In 2026, Ardian and Verne announced plans for a new 500 MW digital infrastructure campus in France, targeting AI, HPC, and sovereign computing workloads with investment of up to €5 billion.
