Fisk University (Developer & Owner)

Fisk University is a historically Black university in Nashville, Tennessee, developing a proposed data center as part of its Quantum Leap campus transformation plan. The project comprises a 100,000 square foot Innovation Center, including a planned 70,000 square foot data center and 30,000 square foot academic facility. The university has outlined a planned capacity of 30 MW, with the facility intended to support artificial intelligence, high performance computing, data science education and research. Fisk University is identified as both developer and owner, retaining ownership of the campus land. A corporate development or operating partner has not been publicly confirmed.
