Google Netherlands B.V. is Google's Dutch operating entity supporting the company's cloud, data center, and digital infrastructure activities in the Netherlands. Google operates data centers in Eemshaven, Middenmeer, and Winschoten, supporting Google Cloud and other global services. The Eemshaven campus opened in 2016 and has undergone major expansion, while the Winschoten facility opened in 2025 with a reported €600 million investment. Google has also acquired land for additional development in Groningen. The company has invested billions of euros in Dutch data centers and digital infrastructure and uses renewable energy agreements, water reuse, solar generation, and energy efficient cooling technologies across its Dutch infrastructure portfolio.
