Lane Cove DC Alliance is the development entity behind a proposed large scale data center at 16–20 Mars Road in Lane Cove West, New South Wales, Australia. The Lane Cove Data Centre Development Project was endorsed by the NSW Government’s Investment Delivery Authority (IDA) in its first round of data center projects. The site forms part of the rapidly developing Lane Cove West data center cluster, alongside existing and proposed facilities from AirTrunk and Goodman. Publicly available information currently provides limited details on the developer’s ownership structure, technology partners, capacity and investment value. The project remains subject to the normal NSW planning and approval processes.
