Quetta Data Centers is a digital infrastructure platform managed by Azora and advised by Core Tech Capital, focused on developing edge data centers across the Iberian Peninsula. Its strategy targets six facilities in Spain and Portugal, backed by planned investment exceeding €500 million. Key projects include a 20 MW data center under construction in Tres Cantos, Madrid, and a facility in Molins de Rei near Barcelona. Together, these developments represent 30 MW of planned capacity toward a broader 60 MW target. Quetta designs its facilities for AI and high-performance computing, using direct liquid cooling, renewable electricity and water-efficient operations to support demanding digital workloads.
