Reef Group

Reef Group is a UK-based real estate and infrastructure development group involved in large-scale property and digital infrastructure projects. Through its digital infrastructure activities and associated platforms, including Reef Origin and Digital Reef, the group supports data center development, energy infrastructure and sustainable campus planning. Its projects include the proposed East Havering Data Centre Campus in London, designed for 600 MW of capacity, and data center developments at Elevate Quarter in Stevenage. Reef-related digital infrastructure initiatives also include the Didcot Technology Park. These projects target growing demand for cloud computing, hyperscale facilities and AI workloads, combining power availability, site development and environmental planning.
