TERRANOVA is a hyperscale data center platform established by Actis in 2025 to develop digital infrastructure across Latin America. The company focuses on Brazil, Mexico, and Chile, providing infrastructure for hyperscale, AI, cloud, and edge computing workloads. Its first operational facility is in the Querétaro region of Mexico, with reported scalability to 20 MW. TERRANOVA is also developing Campus Campinas in Brazil, where construction began in 2026 with an initial 300 MW substation and potential expansion beyond 1 GW. The company plans approximately $1.5 billion of investment over three years across its regional portfolio.
