Project Overview

101 Aquila Way, also known as ATL11, is a 313,000 square foot enterprise colocation data center campus located at 101 Aquila Way in Austell, Douglas County, Georgia. Developed and operated by Digital Realty, the facility provides 28.8 MW of total utility power capacity and 23 MW of critical IT load to support enterprise cloud workloads, high density compute clusters, and cross connect services. The campus is designed to accommodate customers requiring scalable and resilient infrastructure for cloud applications, data intensive workloads, and interconnected enterprise environments. Its electrical and cooling infrastructure incorporates N+1 and 2N redundancy configurations, providing additional capacity and protection for critical systems during maintenance or equipment disruptions. Dual utility feeds supplied by Georgia Power provide multiple sources of electrical supply, supporting the facility’s operational resilience and substantial power requirements. Direct cloud edge connectivity enables customers to establish connections with cloud service environments, while the facility’s network infrastructure supports high capacity data exchange across the Atlanta digital ecosystem.
