ML1 Data Center (A-FLOW Campus)
Status: Live / Operational | Location: Biñan, Laguna
Project Overview
Launched on January 19, 2026, the ML1 Data Center is the first building of the A-FLOW campus in Biñan, Laguna. This facility marks the high-profile entry of FLOW Digital Infrastructure (backed by PAG) and AyalaLand Logistics Holdings into the Philippine hyperscale market. The project is strategically located in the "Laguna Tech Corridor," providing a critical disaster recovery and secondary site for the congested Metro Manila area.
The ML1 facility is designed to meet the skyrocketing demand for local data hosting driven by the Philippines' high social media and e-commerce penetration. Architecturally, the building is "AI-ready," featuring flexible floor planning to accommodate future liquid cooling requirements as local enterprises begin adopting generative AI. As part of a larger three-building campus, ML1 provides the foundational infrastructure for global cloud service providers (CSPs) and content delivery networks (CDNs) to localize their traffic. By establishing this hub outside the immediate capital, A-FLOW is pioneering the decentralization of digital infrastructure in the Philippines. The project is expected to create over 500 high-tech jobs and significantly improve internet latency for the 30+ million residents of the Greater Manila Area. Furthermore, the campus utilizes sustainable design practices, targeting LEED Gold certification and integrating with AyalaLand’s broader renewable energy initiatives.
