Aligned Data Centers’ PHX-03 is a landmark 150 MW hyperscale data center campus strategically located within the rapidly expanding West Valley/Phoenix data center corridor, one of North America’s fastest-growing digital infrastructure markets. Building upon Aligned’s established presence in Maricopa County alongside its operational PHX-01 and PHX-02 facilities, PHX-03 is purpose-built to support hyperscale cloud providers, enterprise customers, and the rapidly increasing demands of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads. Designed for large-scale cloud infrastructure and next-generation generative AI deployments, the campus incorporates Aligned’s patented Delta Cube (Delta³) cooling technology together with advanced direct liquid cooling (DLC) infrastructure, enabling exceptional thermal efficiency while significantly reducing water consumption in Arizona’s arid desert climate.
