Project Overview
Amazon AWS Rock House Road is a proposed 100 MW hyperscale cloud and high density AI compute development spanning 118 acres at 2335 Echo Road in Lithia Springs, Douglas County, Georgia. Developed by Amazon Data Services, Inc., the multi building campus is planned to support Amazon Web Services infrastructure and forms part of the company’s broader expansion of cloud and digital infrastructure capacity across the US East availability zones. The development is designed to accommodate generative artificial intelligence clusters, elastic cloud services, and other compute intensive workloads that require substantial power capacity and resilient facility infrastructure. The proposed campus incorporates closed loop waterless cooling systems to support thermal management while reducing reliance on water based cooling. Electrical infrastructure includes a dedicated high voltage utility substation supplied by Georgia Power, providing the campus with infrastructure tailored to its large power requirements.
