Project Overview
DC BLOX Atlanta West is a major 1.37 million square foot, 200 MW hyperscale digital infrastructure campus located at 1701 North River Road in Lithia Springs, Douglas County, Georgia. Developed and operated by DC BLOX Inc., the multi building campus is positioned within the West Atlanta digital infrastructure corridor and is designed to support high density computing requirements associated with artificial intelligence model training, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and other data intensive workloads. The campus is designed to Tier III standards, providing resilient infrastructure for customers requiring continuous availability and dependable facility operations. Its infrastructure includes liquid to chip cooling readiness, supporting the thermal management requirements of high density computing and future AI deployments where conventional cooling systems may face greater capacity demands. Electrical infrastructure includes customer dedicated high voltage substation capacity supplied by Georgia Power, along with 2N UPS power distribution to provide redundant power paths for critical IT equipment. Network connectivity forms another important component of the campus, with direct integration into DC BLOX’s regional dark fiber network. This connectivity links the facility with major Southeastern connectivity hubs and subsea cable landing infrastructure, supporting high capacity data transmission and connectivity for cloud and enterprise workloads. The campus combines substantial power capacity, hyperscale building space, high density cooling readiness, redundant electrical infrastructure, and regional fiber connectivity within a single digital infrastructure development. Its location in Douglas County also places the campus within the expanding West Atlanta data center corridor, where access to utility infrastructure and telecommunications networks supports the deployment of large scale cloud and AI computing capacity.
