Ascenty’s MEX3 (Querétaro 3) is a flagship hyperscale data center strategically located in Querétaro, Mexico’s leading digital infrastructure corridor and one of Latin America’s fastest-growing cloud markets. Delivering 21 MW of critical IT capacity as part of Ascenty’s broader 81 MW footprint in Mexico, the facility is purpose-built to support the growing requirements of global hyperscale cloud providers, over-the-top (OTT) streaming platforms, telecommunications operators, financial institutions, and enterprises deploying artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads. Engineered for next-generation computing environments, MEX3 features customizable high-density power architecture with direct-to-chip liquid cooling readiness, enabling efficient deployment of GPU-intensive AI clusters and other compute-intensive applications. Designed with highly resilient electrical and mechanical infrastructure, the facility ensures continuous availability, operational reliability, and scalability for mission-critical digital operations. Powered entirely by 100% certified renewable electricity, MEX3 supports customers in achieving sustainability and carbon reduction objectives while maintaining high energy efficiency. As a carrier-neutral facility, it provides low-latency dark fiber connectivity to major carrier networks, internet exchange points including MEX-IX, cloud availability zones, and international transpacific and transatlantic connectivity routes, enabling seamless access to global digital ecosystems. Supported by advanced physical security, continuous infrastructure monitoring, and flexible colocation deployment options, MEX3 serves as a future-ready platform for cloud expansion, AI innovation, enterprise modernization, and digital transformation throughout Mexico and Latin America.
