Ascenty SP03 (São Paulo 3) is a high-availability, carrier-neutral data center strategically located at Av. Roberto Pinto Sobrinho, 350 in Osasco, within the Greater São Paulo metropolitan area, one of Latin America's most important digital and financial hubs. Designed to support the growing demand for enterprise digital transformation, cloud computing, and mission-critical IT services, the facility delivers approximately 4 MW of critical IT power across 4,000 m² of purpose-built data center space. SP03 provides secure and scalable colocation solutions for enterprises, financial institutions, cloud providers, telecommunications companies, and government organizations requiring reliable infrastructure with high operational availability. Constructed using durable precast concrete and metallic structural systems, the facility is engineered to provide exceptional physical resilience while supporting long-term operational performance. Its electrical infrastructure incorporates advanced Tri-bus UPS architecture, redundant power distribution systems, resilient utility connections, and standby backup generators to ensure continuous operations during planned maintenance and unexpected utility disruptions. Precision cooling technologies maintain optimal environmental conditions for enterprise applications, virtualization platforms, private cloud deployments, artificial intelligence (AI), and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads while maximizing energy efficiency. Multiple layers of physical security, including biometric access controls, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, environmental monitoring, and advanced fire detection and suppression systems, safeguard customer equipment and mission-critical operations. As a carrier-neutral facility, SP03 provides customers with access to multiple telecommunications providers and is directly connected to Ascenty's proprietary network of more than 5,000 kilometers of dark fiber spanning Brazil's principal metropolitan regions. Through the company's ServiceFabric™ digital interconnection platform, customers benefit from secure, low-latency connectivity to leading public cloud providers, enterprise networks, content delivery platforms, and major IX.br internet exchange points, enabling seamless hybrid cloud integration, disaster recovery, business continuity, and private networking solutions. As an important component of Ascenty's nationwide digital infrastructure platform, SP03 strengthens Brazil's cloud ecosystem and supports the continued expansion of digital services, enterprise modernization, and economic growth throughout Latin America.
