Bleeding Edge QRO1 is a purpose-built AI Factory and neocloud data center located in Parque Industrial PyME, El Marqués, Querétaro, developed to support high-performance computing and accelerated artificial intelligence workloads across Mexico and Latin America. The facility is built around NVIDIA reference architectures and is optimized for high-power-density infrastructure, including systems based on the NVIDIA Blackwell platform. QRO1 provides approximately 3 MW of critical IT capacity and incorporates direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology to manage the thermal requirements associated with densely deployed AI accelerators. Its ultra-dense rack configurations enable the facility to accommodate computing environments that require significantly higher power and cooling performance than conventional enterprise data center deployments. The facility's modular architecture is designed to support rapid deployment of additional AI computing resources as workload requirements expand, providing a flexible infrastructure model for organizations seeking accelerated compute capacity. QRO1 supports both AI training and inference workloads, enabling customers to deploy infrastructure for model development, large-scale data processing, generative AI applications, and other computationally intensive workloads. Its neocloud positioning also provides cloud-style access to specialized accelerated computing resources, supporting businesses and technology providers that require AI infrastructure without developing dedicated facilities. The El Marqués location places the facility within Querétaro's established industrial and technology ecosystem, providing access to regional connectivity and supporting infrastructure. By combining NVIDIA-based accelerated computing, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, high-density rack deployment, and modular expansion capabilities, QRO1 establishes an infrastructure platform focused specifically on the requirements of modern AI workloads. The facility also reflects the increasing integration of specialized AI infrastructure into Latin America's data center landscape, where demand for high-performance training, inference, and cloud computing capacity is creating new requirements for power density, thermal management, and rapid infrastructure deployment.
