Project Overview

The Chief HD Building Data Center is a major carrier-neutral internet data center and interconnection facility operated by Chief Telecom Inc., a subsidiary of Chunghwa Telecom, located at No. 37, Lane 188, Ruiguang Road within Taipei City’s Neihu Technology Park. The facility forms an important part of Taiwan’s digital infrastructure ecosystem, providing colocation, network interconnection, telecommunications, and connectivity services for enterprises, cloud providers, content platforms, and network operators. Its carrier-neutral operating model allows customers to establish connections with multiple telecommunications carriers and service providers, supporting flexible network architectures and direct access to diverse connectivity options.
