CtrlS BLR3 Bengaluru Data Center Campus: 50MW Hyperscale & AI Hub

Status: Under Construction / Active Phase 1 Development   |   Location: Electronic City / Whitefield Tech Corridor, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100, India

Project Overview

CtrlS Datacenters’ BLR3 AI Data Center Campus is a flagship Rated-4 hyperscale digital infrastructure facility strategically located in Bengaluru, India’s technology and innovation hub. Delivering 50 MW of critical IT capacity across a purpose-built multi-story campus, BLR3 is designed to meet the rapidly growing requirements of global hyperscale cloud providers, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), high-performance computing (HPC), financial institutions, and enterprise customers. Engineered for next-generation computing environments, the facility supports high-density rack deployments with advanced direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology, enabling efficient operation of GPU-intensive AI clusters while maintaining optimal thermal performance and energy efficiency. Built with resilient 2N electrical redundancy, robust mechanical infrastructure, and disaster-resistant structural engineering, BLR3 ensures maximum uptime, business continuity, and operational reliability for mission-critical workloads. The campus also features high floor loading capacity to accommodate dense server installations and future infrastructure expansion. Committed to sustainable operations, CtrlS integrates renewable power purchase agreements (PPAs), on-site solar energy generation, and ultra-efficient cooling systems to reduce carbon emissions and improve energy performance. As a carrier-neutral facility connected to India’s primary fiber backbone networks, BLR3 delivers low-latency access to major cloud platforms, internet exchanges, and enterprise networks. Combined with advanced physical security, continuous infrastructure monitoring, and scalable deployment capabilities, BLR3 serves as a future-ready platform for AI innovation, cloud expansion, and digital transformation across India and the Asia-Pacific region.
