DAMAC Laguna AI Data Center Philippines 50MW Hyperscale Campus

Status: Under Construction / Active Development   |   Location: Laguna Technopark / Industrial Corridor, Laguna, Philippines

Project Overview

The DAMAC Laguna AI Data Center in Laguna province within the Greater Manila Area represents a major digital infrastructure investment by Edgnex Data Centers by DAMAC, designed to expand high-density computing capacity in the rapidly growing Philippine technology market. The purpose-built multi-story campus is engineered to provide up to 50 megawatts of gross utility capacity and approximately 40 megawatts of critical IT load, supporting intensive artificial intelligence workloads, machine learning model training, high-performance computing, enterprise cloud services, and other data-intensive applications. Electrical infrastructure is designed around dual-redundant multi-feeder connections to enhance reliability and operational resilience, supported by static uninterruptible power supply systems and heavy-duty fuel-oil generator systems capable of maintaining critical operations during extended grid interruptions. The facility’s thermal-management architecture incorporates water-efficient indirect evaporative cooling units alongside advanced liquid cooling technologies, enabling efficient heat removal from increasingly dense server deployments while reducing overall resource consumption. The campus is also strategically positioned near major telecommunications corridors and subsea cable landing infrastructure serving Luzon, providing access to diverse carrier-neutral connectivity routes. National fiber rings, regional cloud zones, telecommunications networks, and international bandwidth systems provide the facility with connectivity options for enterprises and cloud operators requiring reliable, low-latency digital infrastructure. Its location within the Laguna technology and industrial corridor also provides access to Manila’s broader business ecosystem while offering opportunities for large-scale data center development outside the capital’s most congested areas. By combining substantial computing capacity, resilient electrical infrastructure, advanced cooling systems, and diverse telecommunications connectivity, the DAMAC Laguna AI Data Center is positioned to support the Philippines’ accelerating adoption of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and digital enterprise services.
