Developed by True Internet Data Center, the facility is engineered to provide mission-critical computing and hosting services for multinational corporations, financial institutions, telecommunications operators, government-related organizations, and local digital enterprises. Its electrical infrastructure is designed around dedicated regional utility feeds managed by the Yangon Electricity Supply Corporation (YESC), with resilient power protection provided through static double-conversion online uninterruptible power supply systems and automatic transfer switches connected to standby diesel generator systems. Extended fuel reserves support continued operation during prolonged utility interruptions, while redundant electrical distribution helps maintain availability for critical IT equipment. Thermal management is provided through precision air-conditioning systems configured with N+1 redundancy, maintaining stable temperature and humidity conditions across secure raised-floor server suites and equipment areas. The facility’s location within the Myanmar Information and Communication Technology Park provides strategic access to established telecommunications infrastructure and a concentration of technology businesses. Operating as a carrier-neutral connectivity node, True IDC Myanmar incorporates diverse fiber entry pathways designed to provide interconnection with major domestic telecommunications providers, international subsea cable gateways, and regional network infrastructure. The facility also supports cross-border connectivity with True IDC’s wider data center ecosystem in Thailand, enabling enterprises to integrate workloads across multiple regional locations.
