True IDC East Bangna Data Center Campus Bangkok Thailand 35MW

Status: Operational / Under Expansion   |   Location: 29-34 Bang Na-Trat Road, Tambon Bang Sao Thong, Amphoe Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan 10540, Thailand

Project Overview

The True IDC East Bangna Data Center, located along Bang Na-Trat Road in Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan, represents a major digital infrastructure campus serving the Greater Bangkok metropolitan area and Thailand’s rapidly expanding technology ecosystem. Strategically positioned east of Bangkok near Suvarnabhumi International Airport and important industrial and logistics corridors, the multi-phase campus is designed to provide approximately 35 megawatts of total utility capacity and up to 30 megawatts of critical IT load across scalable modular data halls. Developed to meet Uptime Institute Tier III standards, the facility provides resilient infrastructure for enterprise colocation, cloud hosting, content delivery, telecommunications services, and increasingly demanding artificial intelligence workloads. Electrical reliability is supported through redundant high-voltage utility connections, double-conversion online uninterruptible power supply systems, and heavy-duty standby diesel generators equipped with continuous fuel supply arrangements to maintain critical operations during extended grid disruptions. Environmental management is delivered through energy-efficient precision cooling systems incorporating waterless air chillers and indirect evaporative cooling technologies, helping maintain stable operating conditions and improve energy efficiency in Thailand’s tropical climate. The campus also serves as an important telecommunications and interconnection hub, with a carrier-neutral meet-me room providing access to multiple network operators, dark-fiber providers, cloud connectivity services, and regional telecommunications infrastructure. Direct fiber connections extend across Thailand and into neighboring ASEAN markets, enabling enterprises to establish resilient connections between data centers, cloud platforms, offices, and digital service networks. Through its strategic location, substantial electrical capacity, Tier III infrastructure, advanced cooling systems, and extensive carrier-neutral connectivity, True IDC East Bangna is positioned as a key colocation and interconnection platform supporting Thailand’s enterprise, cloud, content delivery, and next-generation computing requirements.
