Data4’s MAD2 Campus in San Agustín del Guadalix, Madrid, is a flagship 80 MW AI-ready digital infrastructure development designed to support the next generation of hyperscale computing, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing workloads in Spain. Located within the strategic Community of Madrid region, the campus spans approximately 6.7 hectares and is planned to include four purpose-built data center facilities with more than 16,000 m² of dedicated technical space. Engineered for advanced computing environments, MAD2 is designed to support extreme power density deployments exceeding 100 kW per rack, enabling intensive applications such as generative AI model training, machine learning, advanced analytics, and HPC workloads.
