Project Overview
DC POWER BN1 is a flagship $219 million carrier-neutral data center campus located along the Bangna-Trat digital corridor at Km 4.5 in Bangkok, Thailand. Developed by DC POWER BN1 Co., Ltd., the project is backed by a strategic joint venture comprising STECON Power with a 60% stake, SITEM Corporation with 20%, and MyTelehaus with 20%. The campus spans four dedicated multi-story buildings, with each facility designed to provide 6 MW of IT capacity, resulting in 24 MW of total planned IT capacity across the development. The multi-building configuration provides a scalable platform for customers requiring dedicated data center capacity while supporting different deployment requirements across enterprise, cloud, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure workloads. Built to Tier III operational standards, the facility incorporates resilient engineering systems designed to support continuous data center operations. Its power architecture includes 2N power distribution, providing redundant electrical pathways for critical IT infrastructure, while N+1 precision cooling loops provide additional resilience for thermal management. The campus also features high-density carrier-neutral fiber infrastructure, enabling customers to access multiple telecommunications networks without dependence on a single carrier. Direct connectivity into major Bangkok telecommunications exchange nodes supports low-latency data transmission and strengthens the facility's role within the city's digital infrastructure ecosystem. Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction, known as STECON, serves as the lead construction contractor for the development. Located within Bangkok's Bangna-Trat digital corridor, the campus benefits from proximity to established commercial, telecommunications, and technology infrastructure. The combination of 24 MW IT capacity, Tier III operational standards, redundant power and cooling systems, carrier-neutral connectivity, and multi-building architecture positions DC POWER BN1 as a scalable infrastructure platform for Thailand's expanding data center and digital economy requirements.
