Project Overview

Digital Realty LHR26 is a 9 MW critical IT load data center facility at 630 Ajax Avenue on the Slough Trading Estate in Slough, United Kingdom, providing scalable colocation infrastructure within the West London Availability Zone. Spanning 98,500 gross sq ft, including 6,949 m² of technical whitespace, the facility is integrated into Digital Realty’s global data center footprint and is engineered to support high-density cloud, enterprise, and high-performance computing workloads. Its location within the established Slough data center cluster provides access to a mature concentration of digital infrastructure and network connectivity serving the wider London market. LHR26 incorporates N+1 UPS and cooling redundancy, providing additional resilience across critical electrical and thermal systems for demanding customer deployments. A closed-loop, zero-water cooling topology further supports resource-efficient operations by reducing dependence on water for ongoing cooling requirements. The facility is powered by 100% renewable grid power, aligning its electrical supply strategy with lower-carbon data center operations while supporting customers with sustainability objectives.
