Project Overview

NTT GDC Slough Campus is an operational dual-building data center campus comprising Slough 2 at 670 Ajax Avenue and Slough 3 at 665 Ajax Avenue on the Slough Trading Estate in Berkshire, United Kingdom. The campus provides more than 24,700 sq ft of technical whitespace across over 1,500 m² of server floor space, with a combined 4.7 MW of critical IT capacity supporting enterprise deployments, retail colocation, and financial interconnection requirements. Its location within the established Slough data center cluster provides access to a mature digital infrastructure environment and connectivity routes serving the wider London market. Direct 11kV grid connections provide the campus with dedicated electrical access, while 2N UPS systems and N+1 diesel generator backup add multiple layers of power resilience for critical customer workloads. The dual-building configuration also provides additional infrastructure flexibility for customers with different capacity, deployment, and redundancy requirements. Connectivity forms another important part of the campus design, with dual carrier-neutral Meet-Me-Rooms enabling access to multiple network providers without dependence on a single carrier.
