Project Overview

The Digital Realty Paris Digital Park Campus is a flagship hyperscale digital infrastructure development located in La Courneuve, Seine Saint Denis, just north of central Paris. Designed to support the rapidly growing demands of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and enterprise digital transformation, the campus delivers approximately 76 MW of critical IT power across four interconnected multi-story data centers named PAR8, PAR9, PAR10, and PAR11. Together, these facilities provide around 39,000 square meters of highly secure and scalable whitespace, enabling customers to deploy large-scale cloud platforms, AI training clusters, and mission-critical enterprise applications. The campus is seamlessly integrated into Digital Realty’s extensive fiber-rich ecosystem across the Greater Paris metropolitan region, providing low-latency connectivity to major cloud providers, internet exchanges, financial institutions, and telecommunications networks. Advanced hybrid liquid cooling technologies combined with indirect free cooling systems enable the campus to efficiently support high-density GPU infrastructure required for modern AI and high-performance computing workloads while improving overall energy efficiency. Sustainability remains a key focus, with the entire campus operating on 100% renewable electricity sourced within France through Guarantees of Origin certificates, helping customers achieve their environmental objectives.
