The Digital Realty Paris Digital Park Campus is a flagship hyperscale digital infrastructure development located in La Courneuve, Seine Saint Denis, just north of central Paris. Designed to support the rapidly growing demands of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and enterprise digital transformation, the campus delivers approximately 76 MW of critical IT power across four interconnected multi-story data centers named PAR8, PAR9, PAR10, and PAR11. Together, these facilities provide around 39,000 square meters of highly secure and scalable whitespace, enabling customers to deploy large-scale cloud platforms, AI training clusters, and mission-critical enterprise applications. The campus is seamlessly integrated into Digital Realty’s extensive fiber-rich ecosystem across the Greater Paris metropolitan region, providing low-latency connectivity to major cloud providers, internet exchanges, financial institutions, and telecommunications networks.
