EdgeCore’s PHX04 is a flagship 100 MW hyperscale data center located on the company’s 84-acre master-planned campus in Mesa, Arizona. Designed to support the next generation of hyperscale cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads, the facility provides scalable infrastructure capable of accommodating ultra-high-density deployments for GPU-based AI training clusters, enterprise cloud platforms, and large-scale digital services. PHX04 is engineered with an advanced closed-loop air-cooled architecture that delivers highly efficient thermal performance while achieving a near-zero Water Usage Effectiveness (WUE) of less than 0.01 liters per kilowatt-hour, significantly reducing water consumption in Arizona’s water-constrained Sonoran Desert environment. The campus is supported by dedicated on-site high-voltage utility substations, providing resilient, high-capacity electrical infrastructure for mission-critical operations and future expansion. As a carrier-neutral facility, PHX04 offers path-diverse dark fiber connectivity to major Phoenix carrier hotels, internet exchanges, and cloud on-ramp providers, enabling low-latency, high-bandwidth communications for enterprise and hyperscale customers. The facility also incorporates redundant power and cooling systems, advanced physical security, automated building management, and flexible data hall configurations designed to support evolving AI and cloud infrastructure requirements. With its focus on sustainability, scalability, and operational resilience, EdgeCore PHX04 strengthens the Phoenix region’s position as one of North America’s leading hyperscale and AI data center markets.
