Epsilon Global Hubs Seoul Interconnection Colocation Data Center

Status: Operational / Strategic Network Interconnection PoP   |   Location: 61 Digital-ro 31-gil, Guro-gu, Seoul, 08375, South Korea

Project Overview

The Epsilon Global Hubs - Seoul is a carrier-neutral network Point of Presence (PoP) and colocation facility operated by Epsilon Telecommunications, a subsidiary of KT Corporation, within the Dream Mark 1 Data Center at 61 Digital-ro 31-gil in Guro-gu, Seoul, South Korea. The facility functions as an important international connectivity gateway, linking global enterprises, cloud service providers, telecommunications carriers, and network operators with South Korea’s rapidly expanding digital infrastructure ecosystem. Through Epsilon’s software-defined networking platform, Infiny, customers can provision network connections, establish cross-connects, and access major cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, without relying solely on traditional point-to-point connectivity arrangements. The Seoul Hub also supports remote peering and connectivity to major internet exchanges across Asia and other international markets, enabling customers to efficiently exchange data and extend their network reach beyond South Korea. The facility benefits from redundant infrastructure and diverse fiber routes designed to improve network resilience and maintain connectivity during individual route or equipment failures. Its position within the Dream Mark 1 Data Center provides access to Seoul’s broader telecommunications and data center ecosystem, making it suitable for enterprises requiring reliable connectivity between domestic infrastructure and international networks. Epsilon’s global network further extends the reach of the Seoul Hub, connecting customers to more than 300 data centers worldwide and supporting international business applications, cloud workloads, content delivery, and distributed enterprise infrastructure. By combining carrier-neutral connectivity, software-defined networking, direct cloud access, remote peering, and diverse fiber infrastructure, Epsilon Global Hubs - Seoul serves as a strategic interconnection point for organizations seeking to connect their South Korean operations with major Asian and global digital markets. Its role as an international network gateway makes the facility particularly relevant to multinational enterprises, cloud-dependent businesses, carriers, and digital service providers requiring scalable and low-latency connectivity.
